‘The Pillars of the Earth’ ended its limited run with a finale that strayed quite a bit from its source novel, but with more dramatic results.
‘The Pillars of the Earth’ finished up this week, but if you’re like me and have been watching through Netflix, you haven’t yet seen the final hour. It’s frustrating, but we can still talk about the penultimate episode.
If there was any doubt about whether or not Alfred was a complete and utter moron, it was removed in this week’s episode of ‘The Pillars of the Earth.’
Things went from worse to even more worse this week on ‘The Pillars of the Earth’. I think this might be rock bottom for the characters though. At least I hope it is.
On the networks, the big show for last week was ‘The Bachelorette’. You can bet on seeing another run next summer. Over on cable, did you see the new ‘iCarly’? Lots of other people did.
‘The Pillars of the Earth’ is now halfway complete, and things are getting more complicated for all of the characters. Things are looking grim, and nothing is going right.
