The Big Bang Theory – A super New Year’s Eve

The Thursday night time slot is being very nice to this show. Congratulations go out to ‘The Big Bang Theory’ on Golden Globe nominations for Best Television Series (comedy or musical) and Jim Parsons for his Best TV Actor in a Comedy or Musical. Bazinga!

The Big Bang Theory – Superheroes, sidekicks and hormones, oh my

I’d like to see an episode in which Amy Farrah Fowler and Leslie Winkel drive Sheldon bonkers. He might just have to become a cat man again. Bazinga!

The Big Bang Theory – Finally, Howard and Raj with the big kiss

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Just about everyone kissed except Sheldon and Keith Carradine. Now, that would have been interesting!

The Big Bang Theory – Wil Wheaton, the Jar Jar Binks of the Star Trek universe?

Evil Wil Wheaton isn’t really evil except when it comes to Sheldon Cooper. He’s really entertaining, clever, handsome and witty. (Do I get a Guinness?) As a bit of insight, in his blog — linked in the review — he wrote about finishing the episode just about three weeks or so ago. I didn’t realize they shot so close to scheduled air dates.

The Big Bang Theory – Loose lips lose FBI clearance for Howard

Kaley Cuoco made her first appearance as Penny this season and was kept behind a bar. No, she’s not hiding a pregnancy like many actresses do as long as she can. She broke her leg while horseback riding in September. I’ve missed her.

The Big Bang Theory – Leonard’s forbidden love

Sheldon Cooper’s laugh is impossible to describe in words. We need technology for a sound byte. If pressed, I’d have to say it’s a cross between a snort and the start of a sneeze, done twice. That just doesn’t do it justice, but it’s so perfect for Sheldon!

The Big Bang Theory – Even the Hulk has a girlfriend, Leonard

This show consistently has some of the funniest lines and descriptions on television today. While it’s hard to actually catch all the scientific jargon used, I still love “cornucopia of social awkwardness” and “I’m a physicist, not a hippie.” Definitely snicker-worthy stuff!
