Well … I was pleasantly surprised by the pilot of ‘New Girl’. Zooey Deschanel might pull off a terrific new comedy after all.
‘New Girl’ isn’t the dopey cotton candy fluff of a comedy I initially thought it might be.
We saw some familiar faces return to ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ this week, which was nice. We didn’t see the person I want gone … gone. Which was not nice. We’re floating in kitchen limbo right now, kind of just hovering over the burners. As Willie Wonka would say, “The suspense is killing me. I hope it lasts!”
Drama, here you come again with a repeat performance by Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul. The new fall season of television could be a rating’s wild one, folks.
