Not that it couldn’t be unrelated, but I found it interesting that politically savvy Michael would flame out over the United States’ military strategy in Afghanistan, a rather pertinent issue today. Could the creators be pushing an agenda?
I thought ‘The Messenger’ was a fantastic movie, and it helped me appreciate the position that the notification team was in when faced with Tanya. It couldn’t have been easy to turn their backs on her, but what else could they have done?

I know we’re all supposed to pretend like nothing’s changed, but it would be funny if Trevor came back from his tour in Afghanistan and said to new TJ “I feel like I don’t even know who you are.”
Was the new child actor playing TJ meant to look absolutely nothing like Luke Bartelme, right down to the wrong hair color? I wonder what happened … did Luke get into an unresolvable contract dispute?
