It’s the “monkey business” edition of ‘American Idol.’ And (believe it or don’t) it was more fun than a barrel of monkeys.
Last week brought good news for our friends over at ‘Castle’, and bad news for every show on Thursday. Over on cable, TNT and USA went all girlpower on us, bringing back ‘Saving Grac’e and ‘In Plain Sight.’
There’s good … there’s bad … and there’s ugly. But at least ‘American Idol’ is looking more like a contest.
The big story this week was the return of ‘Dancing With The Stars’. The show was just a whisker away from ‘Idol’ in total viewers, and propelled ‘Castle’ to a big win against ‘CSI: Miami’. Over on cable, everybody loves Discovery’s ‘Life’.

Ten of the eleven contestants aren’t worthy of Top Ten status at this point. And Paige is out for good this time.
Daylight savings kicked in and knocked ‘Chuck’, and a number of different shows, for a loop. Meanwhile, over on cable, premieres for ‘Justified’ and ‘South Park’ set some very high marks.
