Modern Family’s given my Wednesday nights more laughs, but it’s made my day-to-day life feel less amusing.
Last week brought good news for our friends over at ‘Castle’, and bad news for every show on Thursday. Over on cable, TNT and USA went all girlpower on us, bringing back ‘Saving Grac’e and ‘In Plain Sight.’

Well, I think ‘Modern Family’ went ahead and did it and became the first primetime comedy show to get right in on the iPad craze. And who can blame them? The sweet baby comes out this Saturday, baby! … Yeah, I don’t really care. Sorry.
The big story this week was the return of ‘Dancing With The Stars’. The show was just a whisker away from ‘Idol’ in total viewers, and propelled ‘Castle’ to a big win against ‘CSI: Miami’. Over on cable, everybody loves Discovery’s ‘Life’.

Modern Family’s ‘Starry Night’ gave its ensemble cast a chance to shine … and the viewing audience a chance to laugh.
