“Truck Ghost,” “Drano,” “Stache Attack.” We learned so much during the triumphant return of ‘Cougar Town,’ it’s hard to believe we get a whole other episode this week.
‘Cougar Town’ has been on a long hiatus and the stress is getting to the guys in charge. Some sort of telethon/intervention may be necessary.
The Super Bowl was HUGE for FOX, but it looks like giving ‘Glee’ the coveted Sunday night slot was not the best idea. Over on cable, Justified returns, and FX execs can sleep a little easier.
An exciting week found personal records being set on cable (‘Pawn Stars’) and broadcast (‘NCIS’). In not so happy news, the return of full schedules didn’t do any favors for NBC’s Thursday comedies, or FOX’s ‘Fringe’.

It’s Valentine’s day on ‘Cougar Town’ (how fortuitous that this is episode 2×14) and everyone is losing their damn mind. Luckily, Tom is around to be extra creepy and bring everyone back together.
It was a bit of a slow week with President Obama again bringing mayhem to your regularly scheduled programming. The highlight in all of it was the NFL once again flexing its considerable ratings muscles. Over on cable, week two was not kind to MTV’s ‘Skins’.
