In our ongoing series of picking our favorite new shows of this season, I’ve chosen one that I believe tops all the rest: Showtime’s ‘Homeland.’

‘Revenge’ is the best new show on television and you should be watching it. If you haven’t checked it out, let me tell you what you’re missing.

NBC and ABC, stop taking the good shows off TV. ‘Community’ and ‘Cougar Town’ are comedy gold. I’m tired of watered down, sappy comedies like ‘Whitney’ and ‘Up All Night.’ I’m tired of executives diluting good shows to crap like ‘Harry’s Law’ and ‘Prime Suspect.’ Which show would you rather get shelved instead of the double-Cs?
