Sacrifice was on the menu for the penultimate episode of ‘Once Upon a Time’s’ premiere season. That and some poison apples.

The end is near! The penultimate episode undoubtedly rebounded from last week’s dull installment and set the pace for the two-hour series finale next week. So, did anything interesting happen? Well, you’ll just have to find out!

As we head to the finish line for the season, more renewals are rolling in. CW has given golden tickets to ‘Vampire Diaries’, ‘Supernatural’, and ‘90210’, while HBO has tapped both ‘Veep’ and ‘Girls’ for second seasons.

Reading along with ‘A Clash of Kings’ and season two of ‘A Game of Thrones’ will be fairly challenging, but each week I’ll let you (as spoiler-free as possible) know how far ahead you will have needed to read to stay just ahead of the series.

A short week of releases includes ‘The Big C’, ‘Doctor Who’, ‘Chuck’, ‘Vega$’, ‘Fantasy Island’, ‘The Twilight Zone’, ‘Queens Blade 2′, ‘Classic Westerns’, ‘Elvira’s Movie Macabre’, and ‘BBQ Pitmasters’.

‘Happy Endings’ is hilarious and I already feel the void since its season ended so early. If you do too, then you’ll definitely enjoy the video montage Keith put together, based on the CliqueClack team’s favorite moments.
