‘SYTYCD’ keeps things (a little bit too) lively and frantic in Vegas leading up to the Top 20 announcement. But we have our final contestants, properly and satisfyingly, without any goofy asides like last year.
Nice healthy turkey burger … after-meal Snickers bar … what’s not to like? Throw in some rampaging kids and a social get-together and you have a rather well rounded evening. Or so it appears …

‘So You Think You Can Dance’ visits more cities (New York, Salt Lake City & L.A.) and garners more hopefuls. Along the way there was some interesting confusion regarding a few of the auditionees.
This had to be the worst of the four ‘battle rounds’ on the program. I’m relieved these segments are a thing of the past and am looking forward to the next phase of the show.
