Bio: If you live on the East Coast and watched a local ad on cable between 2002 and 2005, there's a chance I had something to do with that-- I may have even written it. I'm sorry and I promise that I never *wanted* to end a commercial with a shot of the employees standing in the parking lot and waving; it just happens. Right now, I confine my writing to various corners of the internet, including the entire CliqueClack family of sites. If you travel between the sites, you can probably figure out enough information about me to steal my identity. So good luck with that, sucker. Have fun paying my student loans.

Am I the only one who didn’t know that House is basically Sherlock Holmes in a hospital?

It’s not as though I saw the trailers for Guy Richie’s new Sherlock Holmes movie and thought, “Wow, that Guy Ritchie sure knows how to make up interesting characters with weird names.” I know who Sherlock Holmes is. I have read some of the books. I have seen other adaptations. However, it wasn’t until I […]

Glee’s Mark Salling wants you to know that yes, he’s adorable

As Puck on Glee, Mark Salling often plays the bad guy. He’s the mohawked jerk who sleeps with his best friend’s girlfriend, and dumps slushies on those less popular than he. He sexts with Santana while he’s babysitting with the future mother of his child, and raises money by making pot cupcakes. There is a […]

Community – What would baby Jesus do?

Annie really summed it up when she said, “Everyone’s religions are weird.” It’s so difficult to even talk about religion, much less joke about it, without being offensive. Somehow, though, Community really pulled it off. Maybe it’s because we’ve spent so much time getting to know these characters, that by the time we find out […]

Pain Killers, expensive dinners, and the apocalypse – Medium Roundup

Each week, I slave over a hot laptop to bring Medium fans news, promos, and other goodies associated with the show. These are some of the highlights from the past week at Medium Dreams. Enjoy! Every since I came to the (rather late) realization that Medium’s episode titles are song lyrics, I’ve become kind of […]

What I learned from SNL: Domestic violence = LOLZ

So for those of you who haven’t seen this weekend’s SNL, Rihanna was the musical guest. Since she’s too awesome to be contained to the stage, they brought her into the digital short with Andy Samburg. They also had her do this hilarious sketch where she was giving an interview about the beating she suffered […]

Glee – Hairography – Live-blog/chat

Eve is guest-starring! She’s playing the coach for one of the teams they’re competing against at sectionals, and apparently, Sue is leaking information to her. Ooh, intrigue! Plus, everybody is still in love with Finn, as Kurt gives Rachel a makeover to impress him as he secretly pines after his impossible love. Join us at […]

Community – Somewhere out where dreams come true

I was so happy to see Shirley actually get some screen time this week. I love her, but she’s rarely used for anything more than patting people on the arm reassuringly and saying, “That’s nice.” But this week we got to hear a little bit more about her dream of starting an online brownie company, […]
