Bio: If you live on the East Coast and watched a local ad on cable between 2002 and 2005, there's a chance I had something to do with that-- I may have even written it. I'm sorry and I promise that I never *wanted* to end a commercial with a shot of the employees standing in the parking lot and waving; it just happens. Right now, I confine my writing to various corners of the internet, including the entire CliqueClack family of sites. If you travel between the sites, you can probably figure out enough information about me to steal my identity. So good luck with that, sucker. Have fun paying my student loans.

Community – Our Back-Door Library Conundrum

It was a very relationship-heavy episode of Community this week, and I really appreciated it. I’m a stickler when it comes to dropped storylines, and sitcoms can be the worst offenders. That’s why I was thrilled when Professor Slater, to whom we were first introduced in the Halloween episode, returned as a love interest for […]

Five things the Oscars can learn from The Golden Globes

During our live-blog/chat of The Golden Globe Awards, I was struck by how efficient this awards show was. People got in, got their awards, and got out. Yet it still managed to be entertaining, with host Ricky Gervais delivering a number of great one-liners (“I love having a drink as much as the next guy… […]

Castle – Sucker Punch – Live-blog/Chat

It’s Monday night, and it looks like we have a good episode of Castle coming up tonight. Castle and Beckett are investigating the murder of an Irish mobster, and it soon appears that the person they’re looking for may also have been involved in the death of Beckett’s mother. We haven’t heard anything about Beckett’s […]

Just give all of late night to Ferguson – Things That Didn’t Suck This Week

Look, when the dust settles and the whole NBC late night debacle concludes, no one at NBC is going to win. Jeff Zucker is going to continue to look like an idiot, Jay Leno is going to continue to look like the guy whose inability to be remotely funny or entertaining ruined primetime and perhaps […]

Community – Spanish studyin’ is better when you’re buddyin’

I realize it’s kind of dorky, but I kind of love that the holiday hiatus Community was just on was also the students’ winter break. It was exciting seeing these characters for the first time in a month or so and having them see each other for the first time as well. Plus, they came […]

Hair, Lover Man and Hookers – Medium Roundup

Every week or so, I slave over a hot laptop to bring Medium fans news, promos, and other goodies associated with the show. These are some of the highlights from the past week at Medium Dreams. Enjoy! The promo is up for this week’s episode, “Dear Dad…” Olivia Sandoval is back as Arianna Devalos, and […]

Castle – A Rose for Everafter – live-blog/chat

We’re adding a new live-blog/chat to the CliqueClack repertoire. Castle is back tonight, and who can resist talking about the adorable Nathan Fillion? Alyssa Milano is guest-starring as Castle’s ex-girlfriend, whose wedding is ruined by the little matter of a dead bridesmaid. Further complicating matters is the fact that she and Castle may still be […]
