‘Modern Family’ may be winning award after award, but that doesn’t mean the show isn’t without its problems. And with such a large cast it’s inevitable that someone’s coming up a bit short … who’s on your list?
Didn’t Grace become an overnight devout Christian? So where was that new-found plot last night, when her story revolved around a really weird girl who’s now her tutor? It’s obvious that she’s to become the new influence in Grace’s life … is the message there that Grace is incredibly impressionable?
I — enthusiastically — thought we’d seen the last of Gabe last season when Andy told Jo about Gabe’s psycho reaction to Andy and Erin’s friendship. He may not have uttered a word last night, but the only acceptable answer for his return will be if he is, in fact, the Scranton Strangler.
Now that Ray Romano’s done it, I’d love to see Kelsey Grammer guest on ‘The Middle’. While he and Patricia Heaton worked together for less than a season on ‘Back to You’, there’s something about the types of characters Grammer plays that, dropped into the Heck’s world, sounds like fun.
Best part of the ‘NCIS’ season premiere? Palmer losing himself telling Ducky about how to get blood out of a dress shirt. Forget ‘NCIS: LA’ … how about a Jimmy Palmer-centric advice show spin off whenever ‘NCIS’ the original ends its run?
Not only am I not happy to see Nancy’s sister Jill again, but I also don’t understand why she’s returned. How might Jill coming to New York ruin Nancy’s chances of getting Stevie back? Wouldn’t it make more sense for Silas to send anonymous information to Judge Franklin?
Each week I review a show that’s new to me. Good idea, or punishment (mine or yours)? You be the judge. But either way, if I had to watch it, the least you can do is read what I have to say….
