It would appear that the end of January is not a good time to be releasing DVDs. The biggest release is Meet The Browns, and two of the other notables (Nip/Tuck, Buck Rogers) are reissues. In fact, in the case of that first season of Buck Rogers set, you’d be better off getting the older, complete series, set for $6 less. Looking over the rest of the offerings, the two crime-time entries from Euroupe (Maria Wern, Brunetti Mysteries) look interesting, but I’m going a bit nutty with my pick of the week. Vixens Of Virtue Vixens Of Vice is my kind of silly. You can watch the first episode at their website, but be forewarned, response times are iffy.
