I love any scene with Castle, Esposito and Ryan bantering back and forth. I can’t wait for the show to come back…

I love watching NAthan in action. I have been a fan of his since when when it was Joey on OLTL

I’m a huge Whedon fan, so my favorite Castle moment was when he dressed up as Mal for the Halloween episode. So great. What are you supposed to be? I’m a space cowboy!!!

Love it!!!!!

My favorite ‘Castle’ moment is when Castle & Beckett confront the magician in the park, and when the suspect thinks he’s disappeared, Beckett opens up his pedestal and says the now-classic line “Alakazam, jackass.”

So many great ones, it is hard to choose just one!

I love the interaction between Castle and his family. A lot of shows have great “work” characters, but the “home” characters are awful and annoying. The relationship between Castle and Alexis is one of my favorites.

Seeing Nathan Fillion dressed up in his Firefly usiform again was excellent!

September 14, 2011 at 1:23 PM

Definitely the ode to Firefly moment – Captain Mal/Space Cowboy!

September 14, 2011 at 1:27 PM

As a Firefly fan, of course I love the Mal costume bit, but my favorite is actually when Castle starts talking to a suspect in Chinese and explains it away as from “a tv show I used to love.” The baffled look on Beckett’s face was brilliant.

September 14, 2011 at 3:04 PM

My favorite moment is most differently when Castle and Beckett shared that kiss. I can’t wait to see how his “I Love You” is received.

September 14, 2011 at 3:36 PM

My favorite moment of all time is the Mal outfit moment from the Halloween episode. But freshest in my mind is the reveal and death of Captain Montgomery. It felt like this show would never shake anything up, and they really did with that finale.

Also, I don’t know if I’m particularly unlucky or what, but I’ve been coming around for a while and haven’t won anything yet!

In the episode “Boom!”, Beckett is being held at gunpoint by the serial killer. Castle shoots the gun out of his hand. Beckett says “Nice shot”. Castle’s reply: “I was aiming for his head”. The same line was in the movie Serenity.

My favorite Castle moment was in the Season Finale of Season 3. From Kate arriving at the hangar to Rick carrying her away from the Captain, it was pure drama. I loved that we couldn’t hear what they said to each other, but were still able to see that they care for one another, despite the fight they had earlier in the episode.

September 14, 2011 at 4:28 PM

Oh man, I love this show!!! But my favorite moment was just them together in the freezer, when they think they’re gonna die. It’s just so cute and sweet, them huddling together…. Aw, can’t wait for Monday!!

I love castle with all my HEART I am completely addicted :) all summer I have been watching castle reruns over and over I CAN NOT wait for it to be on again!!!!!!!!! Castle is my Absolute favorite show EVER!!!! So my favorite moment is when he tells her at the last episode of season 3 that he loves her a little late but it was PRECIOUS!!!!!!!

September 14, 2011 at 6:23 PM

My favorite episode has my favorite scene, Episode 1, Season 1. I love the scene when she reads about his riding a horse, nude, … It was spring… he was such a bad boy at the beginning, and has grown up a bit since then. Love Castle!

September 14, 2011 at 7:07 PM

The Halloween episode, where Rick was Mal Reynolds, just for a few seconds… actually, that whole episode was my favorite “Castle moment.”

September 14, 2011 at 7:56 PM

My favorite Castle moment was when Castle, Esposito, and Ryan are Betting on who find the killer to their cases behind Becketts back an then when she finds out she joins the betting.

September 14, 2011 at 8:47 PM

My favorite was probably the episode with Corbin Bernsen (the soap opera one.) I don’t think I can pick just a moment of it, I loved the whole thing!!

September 14, 2011 at 10:33 PM

My favorite moment was during the episode in Hollywood. They were sharing a hotel room and the UST was INSANE! I loved it! Both actors KILLED that scene with the little moments and expressions they employed.

September 14, 2011 at 10:39 PM

Like so many others, I loved the homage to Firefly during that Halloween episode.

September 14, 2011 at 10:49 PM

No way to pick a favorite moment, but if I *have* to it would be the moment we got to see Fillion in his “space cowboy” Halloween costume.

September 14, 2011 at 11:36 PM

One of my very favorite moments is near the end of the first episode, when Castle asks Beckett if she wants to go to dinner with him, and she turns him down. I love the song that plays as she walks away. Even though I loved the rest of the episode as well, something about that one drew me in and sealed the show’s fate near the top of my all-time favorites list. :)

September 14, 2011 at 11:41 PM

Best castle moment was when she found out from her friend and other dr about other people who got killed by the knife puts her alittle more info about her mom! She looks for castle for comfort!! :-)!! I love the show waiting for it come back on!! Another one was when Beckett relied on castle for back up when they went in building save FBI agent love Ms Dans!!:-)!! Hi castle and Beckett!!

September 15, 2011 at 12:50 PM

Love watching Castle and Beckett together…hope a romance will blossom! Can’t wait for the new season.

September 15, 2011 at 3:40 PM

I love all the moments but if I absolutely have to choose it would be when Castle plays cards with the other writers—I especially miss Steve Cannell.

September 15, 2011 at 4:46 PM

Like so many others, I think my favorite moment must be the “space cowboy” costume! Here’s hoping the show continues to be great!

September 15, 2011 at 8:47 PM

Yep, what a lot of the other commenters said: the Browncoat shoutout via Halloween costume was pretty neat.

September 15, 2011 at 8:54 PM

I love the part in “Food to die for” When Beckett brings in her old friend into interigation and she acuses Beckett of wanting to “Have little Castle Babies..” Among other things. Just one of the Many Many good parts of the series.

September 16, 2011 at 1:32 PM

Favorite moment was castle checking out beckett at the bar when he was supposed to be ordering drinks and the look on her face when she caught him.

September 16, 2011 at 3:05 PM

i love the relationship that Castle and Beckett have.
:)

September 16, 2011 at 4:35 PM

My favorite moment was when Castle spoke Chinese and said that he learned it from a tv show he used to love. As a fan of firefly and a fan of television in general I loved that moment.

September 16, 2011 at 10:16 PM

I have heard wonderful things about this show and have not watched it yet. I would love to win and catch up on the series.

September 17, 2011 at 2:40 AM

Oooh so many moments to pick from. Probably my favorite from this past season was in the finale, when Castle carried Kate away from the showdown in the hangar and tried to keep her quiet in the parking lot. She was in such pain and he was comforting her, although you couldn’t hear what he was saying to her. It was a very effective scene.

September 17, 2011 at 12:01 PM

I also though the homage to Firefly was an interesting addition to the show.

September 17, 2011 at 2:19 PM

I love any moment when Castle is doing something nerdy. He’s a hero to all geeks!

September 17, 2011 at 5:10 PM

It’s so hard (impossible really) to pick one favorite moment, but I think I’d have to to with the kiss between Castle and Beckett. I love how it started off as fake and ended up being very real for both of them. I can’t WAIT until Monday. Will there be live-claques this year? I don’t get to watch in the same time zone, but I always enjoy seeing the comments.

September 17, 2011 at 9:46 PM

I don’t know if I have a single favorite moment (although the Mal shoutout was good) – everytime that Castle and Beckett just stare at each other and say volumes without saying anything…that’s what makes the show special. Those two say more with no words than most characters do with paragraphs of dialogue.

September 18, 2011 at 1:54 PM

If I had to pick one favorite moment, it would be a entire episode. The pilot episode to be exact. Why? Because during that episode we got introduced to everyone and what the show was about. After watching that first episode I knew I was going to love this show and be a big fan! I’m now on a mission to convert the rest of my family members into fans!:P Can’t wait for the new season to start tomorrow!

September 18, 2011 at 7:10 PM

I love every call back to Fillion’s earlier work. It is geeky but it is true.

October 20, 2011 at 4:10 PM

no brainer:When Castle says “KATE! KATE!I love you-I love you Kate” beautiful moment!
