South Park – It takes big balls to smoke weed in public (legally)

Let me first say that I’m all for limiting kids’ exposure to junk food. I just don’t think there need to be laws prohibiting, say, fast food restaurants from opening up in certain cities and towns. This was the point South Park was trying to make in tonight’s episode, showing how ludicrous it is to make laws against fast food that are akin to those for marijuana.

Maybe it’s just me, but I saw way too many balls in this episode. Were any of you other guys watching this cringing at the thought of hopping around on your balls like that, just for a little weed? I’m sure we’ll soon see people from cancer awareness groups come out of the woodwork to condemn this episode for making a mockery of testicular cancer, but isn’t that just part for the course for this show? I mean, who hasn’t tried to sue these guys?

I always love the episodes where Cartman is put in a position of authori-tah, and we got a good dose of that tonight. Was anyone else just waiting for him to pull a major Scarface at the end of the episode? I especially thought this when he went about actually snorting crispy chicken skin. Snorting chicken skin!

When I was picking a shot to accompany this post, I was going to pick one of Randy and his enormous balls, but then I thought of that being on the front page and … no. So, for those who watched the episode, you can see I did the next best thing (or worse thing, depending on how you look at it). “It shrinks when it’s cold out.”
