The set officially comes out in stores on December 29 and contains the show’s first 13 episodes, along with the Director’s Cut of the pilot and special features.

I would love to own GLEE, Vol. 1: A Road to Sectionals so that I could experience the first half of the season without any interruption whatsoever. Waiting the 2-3 (sometimes 4) minutes for every commercial break to end, not to mention waiting at least a week for the story to continue in a new episode, is dreadful. I cannot wait to be able to experience 13 straight hours of GLEE and to get all my friends hooked who don’t currently watch the show – that way they’ll be all caught up and waiting in as much anticipation as I am for the show to return in March!
Why would I like to own the GLEE Volume 1? Because who can wait 3 months until GLEE comes back on tv without going insane? That’s right, nobody!
I want it because I will never ever buy a show that split it’s seasons up, but still want the show. :)

Glee is the best new show of the season, and I’d love to own it!
For assorted reasons, I didn’t get to watch the show at the beginning. Then I kept hearing good things about it, but was afraid of coming in late. I finally caught an episode a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. So I’d love to own the DVD set so that I can catch up on everything I missed and be up to date when I watch the show as it airs in the spring.
Glee makes me (perhaps) unreasonably happy. So, of course I want the DVDs, which allow me to continue my happiness. :o)

I’ve just moved to another state (Texas to Oklahoma and desperately miss my old acapella group, the Lager Rhythms ( https://www.lagerrhythms.com/assets/music/LagerRhythms-Brick.mp3 (here’s our version of Ben Folds’ “Brick”)) seriously… we’ve been “Glee-ing” way before High School Musical. Glee is musical wish-fulfillment, and I think it may be the methadone for my wierd musical habit.

I started DVRing the season, then my DVR unit went out and I had to get it replaced before I could watch anything. I missed the first 5 episodes and was never able to catch up! So I’d love to win it so I can see what I’ve been missing. :)

Thank you for the giveaway. I’d love to have a copy of this set because, I was only able to watch two episodes during the whole season and I loved both of the episodes that I did get to see. They brought smiles to my face and my children even loved watching them.

Glee is the BEST show ever and I don’t know what I am going to do now that it is not coming back on till fall. Every Wednesday night me and other university students would get together and watch Glee together and predict what would happen next. We are devastated that Canadian Idol is in its place and we don’t know what we are going to do without it. We are Gleek’s for life!!!
