Remember Vince, the ShamWow guy? You know, that crazy infomercial dude who, for some unknown reason, loves to wear a headset whenever he’s pitching a product. Alright, maybe I shouldn’t make fun. Maybe he’s got some kind of disability that requires him to wear a headset all the time, sorta like lung cancer patients with voiceboxes.
Anyway, Vince is back with an “all new” product: the SlapChop. SlapChop! I tell ya, the man’s a wizard at product naming, folks. Take a KitchenAid Food Chopper, put some ingredients into the chopping area and — here’s the key — slap the top! It’s not PushChop. It’s not PunchChop. It’s SlapChop!
Man, does that video bring back memories of my youth, slouching through a myriad of knickknacks, bobbles and used tires at the county flea market.
I envision a whole new line of kitchen products from Vince: JarTurn and BottlePop top my list (I’d have said Graty, but Vince beat me to that one. A wizard he is, I say!)
